When Tai Chi & Qigong came into my life over 20 years ago, it started to bring it all together which led me to my true focus and purpose of personal sustainability today.

We all have incredible gifts to share, a meaningful purpose and powerful reasons why we do what we do, however; without our health, it’s not possible to achieve our goals. We are taught to ‘put the oxygen mask on first’ but at the same time are confused by our society and culture who says we’re selfish or that we must put others first.

It’s our nature to care for each other but wouldn’t it be even better if we’re performing at 100%, our energy is at our highest, our mind & spirit is fully engaged and present?

Tai chi also is known as T’ai chi ch’üan and Qigong are ancient practices that can align our physical, mental & spiritual energies, increase our focus, concentration and especially improve our health and wellbeing!

Tai chi is a ‘soft’ martial art focusing on our internal energy or chi (also known as qi) and is a belief system and philosophy connected to Taoism. As health & life coaches, we might understand this as a deep mind, body & spiritual connection. Qigong is a system of exercises that cultivate the practice of Tai Chi and other martial art forms.
